I'm a brand strategist specializing in food and beverage, with a Master's degree in Integrated Food Studies from the University of Copenhagen, focused on consumer behavior and food communication.
I've also co-founded and run my own food brand, so I understand firsthand the challenges of building and positioning a product in a competitive market — the uncertainty around messaging, the pressure of limited budgets, and the frustration of not always knowing what actually drives sales.
